Plan ahead. We require at least two (2) weeks advance notice to ensure your reservation.

Select the best program package for your needs.

Step 3
Book it! Call our Reservation Coordinator at 505-245-2137 ext. 103 or book on-line.

Step 4
Send your deposit, after you receive our invoice. Once we receive your deposit, we will send confirmation and support materials.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Programs may be rescheduled 5 business days prior for no additional fee.
• Programs rescheduled fewer than 5 business days in advance will be billed 25% of the program fee.
• Cancellations made fewer than 5 days or less will be billed 40% of the program fee.
• No-shows will be billed 100% of the program fee.

  Please note, due to scheduling and space restrictions it may not be possible to accommodate all possible itineraries or requests. Your flexibility is appreciated.

FOR LEARNING ADVENTURES AT THE MUSEUM
• Book reservations two (2) weeks in advance.
• One adult chaperone is required for every 6 students. Adults should stay with student groups for the duration of the visit to the National Atomic Museum.
• Chaperones are free, extra adults will be charged the group rate.
• No backpacks are allowed in the museum.
• No food or drink is allowed in the museum.
• There is a 15 student minimum for classroom programs and tours

FOR UP ‘N’ ATOM OUTREACH PROGRAMS AT YOUR LOCATION
• Book your reservation at least two (2) weeks in advance.
• The Up ‘N’ Atom Outreach Van should NOT be scheduled if the classroom certified teacher will be absent during the program.
• Outreach staff reserves the right to refuse service to schools where a substitute has been scheduled prior to our program.

Up ‘N’ Atom Fee Schedule

$200 per half day	3 classes or less	30 students per class maximum
$300 per full day	6 classes maximum	30 students per class maximum
$250 per each additional full day (multiple day bookings)	6 classes maximum	30 students per class maximum
Albuquerque Metro Area (includes Corrales, Rio Rancho, Bernalillo) $4 per student	25 student minimum	30 students per class maximum

FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
• Reservations for these programs should be booked a minimum of one month in advance.
• There is a 15-person minimum for these programs.
